Worked great, until it didn't
Seemed to work well for a few months, then suddenly it wouldn't read or calibrate / zero. I just turned it on and apparently the air is 784 microns. I've tried replacing the batteries, and attempted to zero it countless times, but nothing works. When I turn it on it does the 5 sec countdown then gives a reading of around 790 microns, and when I place it on the calibration plates (with our without different testing screens), it does not change or attempt to give a reading - it appears it doesn't know it's on metal.

Great tool to have!
Good to have when buying or selling a car. Easy to use, but read the instructions and practice using it. Recommended for the car Collector's tool arsenal.
