It's important to understand that there are no attack and release controls. I bought this to use as a way to limit the incoming signal from my mixer board, going to my behringer audio interface. This is how I'm using the first two channels. The other two are being used to protect my stereo PA system in case of mic drops or feedback. This is a very quiet and is working better than I'd expected for my specific needs, without any channel bleeding.

I use this to balance out the levels for my church's live stream. It works perfectly.

This device purports to be a noise gate and a limiter, for which I had purchased it. The noise gate is functional, but its controls are not the normal things you find on a noise gate. Notably there is no attack or decay setting. I have yet to figure out how to make this thing limit my peaks efficiently. I have no reason to doubt it is capable of these things, but the controls do not make intuitive sense and it loses a lot of points for this.

This is an absolute must-have for any 4-channel wireless mic setup, especially for the cheaper units ranging in price from $170 - $500. It will make a world of difference.

Yes I still have analog mixers that I use this with. I've used this for a while at venues before digital boards were popular. Added it to my analog system for the lead mics. Still sounds great and gives the vocals a warm sound.

This thing works like a charm. The bonus is that you have four channels on the single rack space unit. It’s perfect. Thank you Behringer for making affordable products that work really well.
