This is my favorite protein soup but is very hard to find. Add a little salt and black pepper.

Package was done with care. Love the soups. Very pricey, but satisfies my hunger.

Tastes ok.. but SUPER salty. I purchased for use as my 'clear' liquid before a surgery. It'll work and I did buy several different brands. This one was definitely the top of the flavor pile. Just wish it had about 1/2 the salt. In packets, just had hot water in a mug. I probably will go with 10 oz instead of the 8 oz recommended. Nice to have a change from the typical sweet protein shakes, but this soup lacks a little flavor. I like to kick it up a bit with some taco sauce to make a tortilla soup flavor.

My mom turned me onto the years when I had my wisdom teeth polled, and I’ve been a fan ever cents. This is just a super easy simple chicken broth. I have a water dispenser and I use the hot fill it up to about an 8 ounce cup, and you can eat it immediately for a low calorie high protein chicken broth. Great taste super simple very easy.

Man, this flavor is sooooo bad. I get it, weight loss soup isn’t supposed to be great, but this in inedible. Smells super weird and tastes bad. I’ve had other broth based ones and they are good. This is a hard pass

If you are looking to just keep yourself hydrated and put something in your body - then this Soup is good for you. I add a tiny bit of protien - and it fills me up.I eat this soup twice a day lunch and dinner. I have lost 40 pounds.

Bought for liquid diet after surgery. Helped me make daily protein goals and by varying seasoning was able to eat for 1 meal a day for a week without getting bored. A real plus is it doesn’t need boiling water so that seems a built in bit of extra security.
