I couldn’t believe this was a reconstituted soup!
Delicious! I added prawns to our soup but chicken or pork would be good too! I’m putting together a dry goods (emergency) pantry and honestly, if at some point we have to live on dry goods, it might as well taste good. I highly recommend this soup and the others made by Plentiful Pantry.

Not coconut soup
This is not Thai coconut soup (Tom kha Gai). This is Thai curry soup. It was terrible. I bought 4 packs and they were all curry soup mix instead of coconut soup mix.

Absolutely delicious!
My husband and I found this soup to be a most delicious surprise! I brought it along on one of our RV outings, added a 12oz can of chicken - it was great, filling and there was left overs for another meal when we got home.This was the first, but not the last time we purchase this item.
