DisplayPort MST Hub with miniDP-DP 10cm Cable, Black (DPU3000-D3)

I thought this item would allow me to connect more screens to the graphics card I have with 5 ports but allows to run only 4 at the same time,But it did not help, and you can still connect only 4 screens simultaneously, also through this accessory :(...

This is a wonderful product. I was a little skeptical because there were no reviews on it, but I do not regret ordering this. It is alot smaller than expected, smaller than a credit card in fact. The cable that comes with it is miniDP male to DP male, so users with a miniDP host port must use a different cable (miniDP male on both ends) or an adapter(miniDP male to DP female). All 3 ports work on my Surface, but I can only use 2 at a time, thanks to integrated graphics. I imagine a user with a dedicated graphics card could use all 3 at the same time.Edited 5-10-15 for clarity, original 1-22-15It still works great after almost 6 months.

I bought this display adaptor and it worked fine, until today. When I went to plug in my work tablet, it failed to emit any signals to my dual monitors. Did some trouble shooting and it is indeed the adaptor that has gone kaput. I went to check on the return/warranty and of course that’s also expired. I am disappointed as it has not even been one year. I would not recommend this product.

One of the few adapters/splitters that will allow you to run an older CRT screen at refresh rates over 60hz. There are some naggles such as vertical shifting. But modifying the back and front porches as a custom resolution fixes this. I've used this from everything from 1920x1200@96 To 960x540@170hz Scaled from 1080p. Because VSR on a CRT is absolutely something to gawk at.
