FeiyuTech Brushless Focus Motor Kit for AK2000S AK4500 Gimbal Stabilizer

Much better than the version 1. This unit is almost silent (a little minor audio editing will be required if using the mic on-gimbal). I love the stop settings. It also displays a 1-100 focus range on the display of the AK2000. This is a must have for any aspiring filmmaker who owns an AK series gimbal.Pros--Quiet-Adjustable stops-Focus range displays in gimbal-Allows manual control of focus when unplugged but still attachedCons-- Does not come with hot shoe mount or tube with screws on the end. (items 5,6,7 on the picture). It mounts to the front of the plate which blocks the ability to use a lens support on some larger lenses as they are too close. A cheese plate/riser will raise the camera enough to fix this. ($20 Amazon). This add on will also allow you to balance heavier lenses better.-no control from the app-resets start/stop points everyone it's turned off.

The device is great when it works the problem is that the second time I used it is broken while I was using it. Stop working got hight temperature and never worked again. I claim for the warranty and a new device was sent to me guess what, 1 month of using it and it broken again in the same way. I wont even ask for the warranty again, this simply a wrongly designed device.

The media could not be loaded.  This follow focus seemed really nice but it is not working properly. I had to ask for a replacement and even the second one have the same problem. It works ONLY if I use it REALLY slow. Once I start moving the knob of my AK2000 the motor starts "jumping" from the gear band attached to the lens. It is really annoying.I tried everything. I have all the gear tighten, there are no loose parts but still, the teeth of the gear band and the motor start to mismatch.the system starts good (like in picture A), but then after a couple of focusing movements, the problem starts (picture b).I attached a video so you can see (and hear) when the gear start "jumping". Seriously, It is really annoying.I just can't use the follow focus. The idea is to be smooth not "choppy"

The media could not be loaded.  I wonder why it happens. This brushless motor stop working after my ak2000s USB hub update. Or even the 2.006 version of firmware update. What should i do please respond? Can I return this Item? I only got it last year. Not even 1 year yet. After the update it wasn't responding anymore. I tried to make it work a couple times until now since the new firmware update of my gimbal. Please help.
