This came on time and wrapped really well. Its smaller than I thought but still pretty. The smoke flows downwards and is cool to watch. However the cones that come with absolutely STINK. Why anyone thinks this is a scent is beyond me. It's like a cloying bonfire.I thought thank goodness it only burns for 10 mins.....OMG. its day 3 now and my house still stinks of burnt wood. Even the yankee candles burnt for hours cannot compete and get rid.I am going to order some different cones but unless they are fabulous this item is unsuable

The media could not be loaded. This is a fantastic purchase! There’s a lot of correlation to some of bad reviews on here saying that it doesn’t work as it does in the example videos. I’d personally put that down to the cones that come with it being of inferior quality.I bought some of the sandalwood cones that come in the gift package separately because they look nicer and I’m glad I did. They seem to be of far better quality and hold a thicker, richer smoke that keeps its shape for longer and does indeed make its way all the way down the holder. The cones that came with it did no such thing. They were naff.Your not being conned guys, well, not entirely. Just buy the more expensive cones and make sure they are ‘backflow’. No need to keep in the fridge overnight, rub with fairy dust or rinse in rainbow residue. As ever, quality comes at a price.

Came on time. It is how you expect just not as long as you'd expect.The inscence that came with the product lacked any scent and it seemed to look like it was wrapped in a massive brush with no care. Still, it works well and you can buy scented incense for it.

As a gift for my daughter as she loves this type of thing, however not as good as it seems on the adverts ! Had i known this earlier i wouldnt have spent as much :-(

This is a beautiful item. Absolutely love it. Ceramic is sturdy, the thickness is great.The scents are lively. It is so easy to use.

Well conceived artistic item. Beautiful gift for any occasion. The scent is not strong and is good for confined/small spaces.

Really excited to get this as it was a lovely colour in the image, but very disappointed as its brown,no blue at all, the cones that come with it smell awful, be patient as any draught changes the flow

Der Raeucherkegelbrenner ist sehr gut und nett anzusehen. Die Raeucherkegel jedoch stinken eher und haben den selben Geruch. Habe mir andere bestellt.
