Best machine ever
Just got it and tried it out and i could not be happier. Well built, top quality. Fortunately for me i just came off a cruise ship and practiced on the 10k dollar technogym ab machine in the cruise ship gym. I was able to adjust this here Best Fitness machine to replicate the exact same workout. It has 3 different settings, high tilt, low tilt, medium tilt. The cruise ship machine only had low tilt. The seat also adjusts for shorter or taller people. Thanks

I absolutely love it! The delivery information was off. I received it the same week I purchased it. You will definitely feel it in your abdomen.

It's entirely too high to be so cheaply made
It's decent but it could have been a lot better it's made him a lot of cheap material in the weight bar cannot hold a lot of weights you will have to buy extension or an adapter I don't know how long it's going to last but not for now it seems okay

AB Crunch Bench upper OR lower abs
The ab crunch machine is definitely well made and constructed... It will take you 2-3 hours to assemble. The workout is intense. On the negativity side, you cannot work out the upper body and lower body at the same time which does not allow a true ab crunch. In addition no weights were included. For the price of approximate $230. it's definitely a win for an addition the home gym. see pics.

DON'T, DON'T, DON'T BUY IT
Warning: avoid this ABS machine exercise equipment at all costs! I've spent three frustrating days trying to assemble it, and I'm still struggling. The installation instructions are woefully inadequate. Don't waste your time and money on this poorly designed product. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Definitely not worth buying you have to buy weights for it. You have to keep changing out the pin and it’s not sturdy.

This piece of gym fitness equipment grade steel is amazing and the engineers who designed this great piece of equipment truly made putting it together easy every step of the way at your finger tips.
