As others have mentioned, "natural" refers to the color not the origin. Even though it is synthetic, it is still a good product. I bought it to make a shamanic talking stick and other craft items, which it worked well for.

Very waxy. Haven’t used it to weave jewelry with yet but I imagine it will be strong enough to last awhile.

Bought this to make a string for a longbow that I use as a wall hanger. It was kinda waxy to work with but I was able to weave the string and it looks good on the bow. Functionally though I will never use that longbow so cant say how long it would holdup.Your mileage may vary but I was happy with the purchase and what I used it for.

I have no qualms with this as the synthetic sinew it is, my issue is the misleading discription. It is advertised as natural sinew. No where anywhere in the main description line or body of text did the word synthetic come up. That said as far as synth fiber its pretty ok. So they get 3 stars inspite of their misleading or just plain lazy title.

Very nice artificial sinew. I used it to attach a fur hand rest on long bow. It lays down nicely, is sticky, and when tied stays in place. I like this produce a lot for Indian type crafts

so much better, and more authentic than modern string materials in heritage crafts

I made my first dream catcher using this product and it came out well. There is a bit of a give in the product so, as a novice, I had a little wiggle room to practice with.

I bought this by accident. The company probably would have refunded my money, but I hated to ask, after all I was the one who did not read thoroughly. Then my sister-in-law told me about fairy gardens. This makes lovely rope bridges swings and rope ladders.
