I love this i had first gotten this at walmart. I started taking these in december and finished this month about a week ago. To me they do work wonders. i’ve lost 4 pounds using these with exercise so you also have to do your part as well. So much no diet eating i still ate the same. But it curb my appetite for sure i was not that hungry. when i was about out of these a week ago. I notice that i was eating a lot of sweets haha like cookies also hot cheetos late at night. And then hate stopped that doing that for a while and started back up doing that.I even gained a pound when i was losing. I can’t wait to take these again starting tomrrow. Love these next time im buying two of these..thanks and please never stop making these thanks

Recieved at 7pm today i took only one to try it then waited ten mins and went to the gym. After 5 mins of my workout i felt like i was so energized i doubled my workout goals and still have energy, i could have gone another round. Will ipdate on the weightloss and tomorrow ill try the two at a time! Thank you guys i will keep buying!

I’ve lost almost 30 lbs because of this supplement. The ONLY downside is the flavor of it but it’s easy to look past it.

I am not a paid reviewer and I never post reviews. But this one I will. I do strength training 4 days a week, cardio/HIIT twice a week, and mobility once a week. I take this product like it says, two caplets 30-60 minutes before working out. I am overweight (down 50 pounds so far) and am really concentrating on fitness (as well as a calorie deficit). Normally, lifting weights was challenging for me. With this product, I have so much endurance. I can push myself harder than I could before. It definitely makes you very sweaty so make sure you drink a lot of water with this. It definitely works the way it says!

Saw a few reviews that say it doesnt do anything, I still bought it, almost thru the first bottle, yes I got two of them... On a very strict diet from a nutriology expert, excercising daily 45-60 mins daily and this product havent showed up at all losing weight yes, but at the same pace or slowly than before. Taste like talc, doesnt seem to work.

This product gives me a horrible headache that lasts all day and night. It also has a burning sensation when swallowing the pill, I believe it's fron the spicy ingredient that is used. That sensation lasted about an hour and made my throat burn and hurt to swallow for a little while. Again, the headache was there all day and night, which I took some Tylenol and ibuprofen to help, but that did not help unfortunately. So after that experience I am hesitant to continue to use this product.

I’ve been taking these for a year now. The store I was buying them from discontinued selling them. Glad I can buy them on A. I only take one in the morning unless it’s a hectic day. Really gives a boost of energy!
