The Lufkin tape measure has precise decimal scales in both English and metric. A must for job layouts. rivet hole spacing, etc. Graduated 50th (.02) of a foot for the first tool on 10th of inches for balance. Metric graduated in consecutive millimeters throughout the blade. Blade dimensions 1/2" x 10 feet.

Very nice tape but room for improvement.
I wish the housing was made of metal (its plastic), the tape was longer, and that the smaller increments for inches were continued the entire length of the tape.

Shipped already broken. Locking and ratchet feature were already broken before arrival. Accuracy and legibility seem to be up to snuff.Good product, but poor follow through.

Hard to find
Great tape measure. First foot is in .02 increments the rest is in tenths of an inch and 1mm on the top. I wish it was a little more sturdy and longer. I really can't complain it took a long time to find this tape.

After 18 years in aircraft it is nice to finally have a tape thats in decimal inches for measuring fab jobs in my shop at home. If you're like me and have been away from using fraction inches or if you're an a&p needing a good tape measure for your box I highly recommend this one

Cheap quality, digital numbers only extend to 12". Blade bent easily and affected retract.
