I bought this super early for my great nephew's birthday as it had a decent range of firing and looked good.I gave it to him for his birthday which was yesterday 24th August and was appalled that the range was only about 3 metres at the most.Unfortunately I am completely out of time to return and am unable to tell the seller but I am most dissatisfied.

This item broke after 3 days. I think there is a lost in translation on the conversion from Metric to Imperial. It doesn't shoot 12m more like 12 feet. Bought a cheaper product from my local supermarket. The brand that has Express Stores, Super Stores and Extra Stores. I wouldn't waste my money if I were you...

As it is summer I have ordered this water gun to play in the garden. My son absolutely loves it. It has quite big water tank so it last for reasonably long time without refill. Squirts water out with ease and it is a solid build that looks will last for a long time. Would definitely recommend it

So disappointed with this water pistol, It worked fine for a couple of times then I noticed little drops of water on one of the seams. After pressurising it a few more times one of the seams was showing white and started to split. Tried all kinds of adhesives to fix it but the plastic expands so much under pressure that the split cannot be fixed. Binned it.

This was partly bought for fun and partly in a weak attempt to scare away squirrels which have decided to bury thousands of empty shells in my lawn. It's easy to use and operate, with a range of up around 6 or 7 metres when filled and fully pressurised. Most of the time it doesn't leak so can be left filled, although it does leak occasionally for some reason. It works well enough as a toy and I'm fairly pleased with my purchase.

The water gun arrived in an Amazon branded box. Delivery time wasn't too bad.The water gun comes with a manual, although it's in Chinese. The gun holds 1.2 litres of water which is a good sized amount. The water is fired by pumping the green handle at the front of the gun. It fires well and is easy to use.Overall, a great water gun for the kids. Definitely recommend for the summer.

Broke after one use- the pressurised water tank started to split and leak. What’s the point of buying if it breaks after one use? And it’s not cheap either considering the poor quality. Don’t waste your money on this

The first one you couldn’t shoot horizontally because the pick up pipe was installed facing up so it didn’t sit in the water in the tank. The second one the reservoir burst, it should be durable enough for a ten year old not to break it so easily. I wouldn’t bother.
