Darn good value for money!
Ordered this kit on a whim - and in part because I was getting fed up of the cable getting in my way when playing my bass. So far I'm highly impressed for how cheap this wireless kit is just how well it works. I haven't noticed any degredation in sound quality comparing it to a cable (if anything, it's slightly better because you're negating the cable's resistance, making for less signal degredation over distance). In terms of ease of use - Charge 'em up with the USB C cables provided, then switch them both on, hit the little pairing button - Silver into the amp, black into the instrument - DONE. It really doesn't get any easier than that. The input latency is basically slim to nil - I haven't noticed it and I'm very sensitive to even the slightest processing or input delay when it comes to my instrument. I've had effects pedals that add more input lag than these wireless kits seem to. I may make edits relating to the battery life as I haven't quite worn these down yet. they seem to be lasting extremely well on the battery life department. And as for the signal range - I decided to try that out by going up a floor in my house, playing my bass the entire time, almost like that one clip from Gregor (TheBassWorld.com on youTube), and my wireless headset I used to be able to perform the test had more trouble keeping a solid link than this kit did - That already is extremely impressive considering our house is basically like living in a lead lined box when it comes to any form of radio signal between floors. Not to mention the one instance it did lose connection it managed to reconnect nearly as fast as it lost the connection!! Great stuff!

Getaria wireless guitar system - excellent
For ordinary level bands, this is an excellent system. Very affordable, very easy to set up and use, power lasts at least 4 hours and recharge is quite quick, excellent sound reproduction and I've not had any sound breaks or problems so far. There are higher quality expensive alternatives, but if you're in a regular local-level band that can't afford high spec professional-level equipment, I'd absolutely suggest the Getaria system. I only paid about £36, so even if you decide you don't like it, you won't have wasted too much of your hard-earned money. Personally, as a Taylor guitarist in a ceilidh band, I'm absolutely delighted with it (and also with not having a cable to step around on stage). Our fiddler's just got one too, having seen and heard my guitar using it. I recommend it.

cheap and it work fine for home use
Had these for a couple of weeks, bought for home use only. Seem well made for the price, not too flimsy. Worked straight from the box and had no issues connecting. Battery life seems ok, not tried them to exhaustion but used for about four hours and still had charge. had no issues with signal drop out but haven't used more than about 39 foot away. Only issue I have is the on / off switch is easily moved and it is easy to accidently turn on when putting away. No idea how they would cope in a live situation. Overall well worth considering for home or practice

Works really well, direct out of the box.
I've only had this for a few days, but so far I have no complaints. Setup is easy and quick, just press the buttons on each unit and it connects seamlessly. Within a few minutes, I was up and running. During use, I experience no sound quality issues at all and there is no delay or lag when playing. Overall no sound compromise vs a cable. I am a bedroom guitar player and pros and those who play live might notice things that I missed. I haven't had the chance to test the max range of the unit because I only play at home, but in the short distances I use, I experienced no problems. For robustness and longevity I will have to report back in a few months. (Still going strong in 2023). At this price, it's really good quality and recommended.

Initial reactions are very positive
My wireless guitar transmitter/receiver units turned up today and these are my initial findings. 1) Very easy to use and set up 2) I suspect that range is not as good as they claim in real world situations (claimed 100ft outdoors), but in reality, walking into the next room and they lost connection, however, our house is built from particularly dense bricks! which even WiFi struggles with so in reality I'd always be line of sight so distance won't be a problem. 3) You can use up to a maximum of 6 pairs of trans/recs together OR you can have one transmitter broadcast to several receivers, if I've understood the instructions correctly. 4) Battery Life: charging 'out of the box' took about half an hour, but I'm not sure how charged they were in the box. So far I've used them for just over an hour and the batteries still seem strong, although there is no way to know for sure. LED blinks red when the power is about to run out. 5) They solved a minor problem I had with my Boss Micro BR-80 Multitrack recorder. When I pugged in an acoustic guitar that had a battery power pre-amp and the multitrack recorder was being powered by a 9v power adapter there was always a slight mains loop hum. Using the Trans/Rec there is no hum whatsoever, so a big thumbs up there! For the price I paid for them and I'd say they are well worth the money, but only time will tell how reliable they are, but initial signs are good.
