Best merengue powder so far

I’ve been decorating cookies for about 8 years and have used almost every brand of merengue powder available. This is the best.

Dose not work for royal icing

It might work as like a stabilizer or maybe to cheat when making meringues, but dose not work when making royal icing. It dosent form stiff peaks and I whipped for 15mins almost

CakeCraft meringue is not the same!

I have use this brand meringue powder a year ago and was able to find it online which I was very happy! But somehow the company of this brand changed it because it did not have that nice sweet smell that it used to have now it has a weird smell after it was mixed.Not happy that I wasn’t able to get a refund.

Tasted disgusting like chemicals

Made these with my kids, because they were supposed to be simpler than using straight egg whites. HOWEVER, the powder smelled waxy and soapy. We tried to mask the flavor with vanilla and it only got worse. My son Carter threw up and even my husband hated it. we just threw the cookies out. Completely inedible.

Great success with this meringue powder.

I've been using this meringue powder for my sugar cookie royal icing for about three months now. It tastes great and I've been very happy with the results. The packaging isn't great. The ziploc feature doesn't work well and it's hard not to get any powder in it. I usually go through it pretty quickly though so it's not a deal breaker for me.
