Good battery - delivers the advertised power. See testing details
Good price on this good battery. I load test these batteries at a C/20 rate and found the 15Ah rating to be correct. This means that I load test it using a resistor connected to the positive and negative that will draw the rated current capacity (15Ah) but over 20 hours. So 15Ah/20 h means that it will take a draw of .75A for each hour with the battery going to zero charge over the last (20th) hour. So I load the battery so it will draw .75A. This will require I use a 16 ohm resistor. I calculated this value using ohms law of V=I x R. R can be calculated using R= V / I or 12V / .75A so it will take a 16 ohm resistor. One final calculation is required and that is the power rating of the resistor in Watts. Power dissipated is calculated as P = V x A so substituting a peak voltage of for a fully charged battery at 13.7, it must be rated at least at 11 W =(13.7V x .75A). I used a variable 100W resistor set at 16 ohms and tested the fully charged battery for about 6 hrs where it delivered about just over 6 A and the voltage showed the battery to be about 42% discharged. The numbers are just as expected from a 12V 15Ah battery that performs as rated.I started doing this because I use Li batteries for my electric bike and the sellers of Li batteries often overrate their cells and you might get a fraction of the capacity you think you are buying if you don't test. The theoretical peak for most production Li batteries in the 18750 cell configuration is about 3400 maH I have never seen one over 3400 maH in the hundreds I have tested. The only legit battery you see at about 3100maH capacity will be priced about $10-14 USD ea. as these are premium and are very expensive. Any battery you see advertised at or over that capacity should be avoided or tested.I bought 10 ea 4000 maH and 5000 maH betteries from 4 different eBay sellers and tested every one. Most were around 1200 maH and a few were 1800 maH. These are widely believed to be 'seconds' from reputable manufacturers like Panasonic or Sanyo and recovered with names like Ultrafire. All were happy to take the batteries back with a full refund when I presented their data. They seemed to know exactly what they are selling. Buyer beware.

Apology - left review for wrong seller and item.
I am re-reviewing for this product. I received this product very quick and it works great for what we bought it for. I am sorry that I wrote a poor review as I thought i was on another seller's product. I'm not sure how to retract my original posting. I apologize for my error.

One of the best brands but…
One of the best brands in my opinion. However, the batteries I received in march 2023 were manufactured during the 47th week of 2021.Also the batteries were shipped separately, just put in a box 4 times too big with zero padding. Bent terminals on all 4. 2 batteries wouldn’t even work because they had been bent so bad.

Perfect for a ride-on toy upgrade. It's more powerful and keeps going and going.
Upgrade from 12AH to this 15AH battery for my son's ride-on toy. It is much more powerful and the charge had lasted much longer. With the 2 year old battery before replacement, it was very sluggish and would be out of power in 15 minutes. With this one battery, it is very powerful and it is still going strong after he played it daily (30-60 mins each time) for 2 weeks. To park his toy, I even hopped on to it though I am a good 50 lb over the weight limit for it. The battery was powerful enough to move it even with my weight on it.

Question on Load for new Batteries
I have had some mixed results and need to ask a question about these batteries .I finally found a load tester that worked and tested the new batteries and am not sure about the results. they both came back on the low end of the load scale and i dont know if that is par for a new fully charged 15ah battery or not my old one had a definite weak cell but theses should not be that close to weak as the the tester indicated can you clear this up for me as i dont want to have a problem on my go go with the new batteries?

I received a faulty battery
The battery worked great at first and then after a couple days shorted out. I couldn’t even charge it.

A proven winner for our work site
I monitor over 40 sealed batteries at my work, and have tracked their life-spans over 9 years. Universal Battery brand has consistently outlived the others.--four to six years, usually get at least five. Some brands die in two years, many within three. UB and one other brand is all we buy now, depending on the price I can get.We use most of them for constantly-charging backup systems, but also for heavy-draw units like stair-lifts and scooters. Definitely a brand you can buy with confidence.
