Works really well to keep children from swiping your cables
This works so well to keep my children from swiping my cables, so I bought one for work to make sure my cables start right where they are supposed to. You just put the cables in the grooves and lock it up. So simple and effective!

Love it
My wife thinks i'm nuts securing my cables, but this thing is great for cable management and keeping things secure as well. Lines up all my cables and hopefully keeps things from walking away. Good unit, but perhaps a bit expensive for what it is.

It does save your cables from walking off.
The important part for me was the fact that you can lock your cable lock to it so it would be very difficult to take your cable lock. I lost a cable lock because it wasn't locked to anything. So this protects my keyboard and mouse and cable lock and my monitor cable from walking off. If someone really wanted it they could cut or break it. But like they say, locks keep honest people honest. I kind of wish it was a little bigger or had a few more slots for cables.

Solid steel, works really well!
When I ordered these I thought they would be made of thin, cheaply made metal. I was pleasantly surprised to find these are beefy steel and work exceptionally well in discouraging pulling/removal of cables in our various conference rooms. Well worth the money, I have them going into 15 meeting/conference rooms now.

Great for projector cart etc.
Using these at a school on projector cart. I run all the cable through it and then add a laptop locking cable through the larger part to secure the laptop and all the cables. Now my cables won't get "borrowed" and laptop can stay on the cart.

Pricey but it works
It's a lock, but it works I'm routing my expensive keyboard and mouse on this and then I have them lock with a classing laptop lock this way I can leave them in the office without worries.

Exactly what I needed
This is an excellent solution to secure cables when used with a thick cable lock or just a padlock.

Bon système anti emprunts de cables
Facile à installer et efficace pour dissuader les "emprunts" des câbles. Bien sûr un voleur équipé arrivera toujours a venir à bout de cet antivol (comme tous les antivols), mais ça permet d'éviter de se faire emprunter les câbles par des collègues qui ne restituent jamais... Mit einem normalen (zusätzlich zu kaufenden) Kensington-Schloss werden zusätzlich bis zu drei Kabel (Strom-, Monitor, Tastatur-, Maus- Scanner-Kabel, .) gegen „einfache Mitnahme“ gesichert:Kabel einlegen, Riegel zusammenschieben und durch die Öse ein Kensington-Schloss-Kabel ziehen.Dieser Riegel lässt sich dann auch nicht mehr öffnen bzw. die Kabel entnehmen.Bislang war man im Büro oder auf einer Lan-Party immer dem Risiko ausgesetzt, dass die Kabel einfach ausgestöpselt und mitgenommen werden. Mit diesem CableSaver ist einfacher Diebstahl nicht mehr möglich.
