Not what I pictured but still good.
These pens are NEON INK. It doesn't say that on the packaging. In fact, the ones I got look nothing like the packaging. I was so excited to get bic pens in other colors but when these came I was a little surprised to say the least. I knew I couldn't return them if I opened them but I took the risk and they are okay. The brighter colors don't show up too great on paper but I use them for coloring projects. They are not dark ink like the picture expects but if you're looking for neon pens they are great.
