Darice #7 Mesh Plastic Canvas - Needlepoint Canvas for Crafting, Yarn, Pipe Cleaners and more - Clear, 10.5” x 13.5” – 12-Count

We don't have a Michael's or JoAnn Fabrics in Puerto Rico (and they don't ship here either), so I have had to rely on Amazon to get supplies for my plastic canvas needlepoint projects. I was able to buy a dozen sheets of Darice 7 mesh plastic canvas for only $17 (about $1.44/sheet) delivered to my door. Given that no driving was required and no putting myself at risk for COVID-19, I think that's an acceptable price for a tried and true product. The Darice canvas is clean with very few covered holes (these are easily poked out with a needle). I'm using it currently for making boutique size tissue box covers, and it's sewing up firmly with a light bit of give. Just what I needed. I will happily return to this vendor in the future.

Darice has produced for years sturdy plastic canvas for my favorite stitching projects. I recently started doing projects again and turn to the company I have used before.

I bought these to cut out as mats to go inside my NESCO dehydrator. The NESCO sheets were about $6. I needed 6 of them. I purchased these for a fraction of what it was going to cost to get ready made sheets. I cut them to size and they are perfect for my food drying projects. I have two left over and some scraps that I will likely use for some sort of craft project... not sure what just yet, but when I do decide, these will be there. Very flexible and durable. Well pleased with the purchase for either drying or crafting!

I do a lot of plastic canvas and this item works great.

I do a lot of plastic canvas project projects and am in my mid 80's. Amazon is the easiest way for me to get supplies.

Good price & good product I used the canvas in creating a custom flower wreath that I sold. This helped me create the center of the flower & I used chenille stems (pipe cleaners) to secure burlap to the plastic canvas. So the width of the holes is about the size of the chenille stems. The wreath was used outdoors and held up nicely in normal weather conditions. Note- If you need a product that is stiff, this will probably be too flimsy for your need.

Ich bin anfangs sehr skeptisch gewesen, ob man auf Plastik gut sticken kann. Aber jetzt bin ich begeistert. Schaut euch meine Taschentuchbox in Florentiner Stickerei an. Dieses Material ist so vielseitig und die Großpackung mit 12 Stück so unschlagbar günstig. Es ist stabil genug, alle Ecken fest zu vernähen. Innen habe ich die Box mit Filz ausgeklebt mit der Heissklebepistole. Funktioniert wunderbar. Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.
