Superb quality and great value. Very practical sizes which look great and are comfortable to handle. This set works well with compact dishwasher and the set appears to be very durable.

I am so pleased with this Dinner Set, it has been bought as a Christmas Present for my sister who wanted a plain white dinner set and this Malacasa set fits the bill perfectly. It arrived extremely well packaged and I did a cursory check of the top layer and all was fine with no damage during transit. The plates/bowls are a not a bright Artic white but Ivory white just as advised on website, the glaze has a deep shine and is finished to a high quality. It confirms on the back of the crockery that the set is dishwasher,oven and microwave safe but I feel by using crockery of any kind in this capacity does change the appearance of it. This is such a lovely set, and although lucky enough to get it on a sale price it looks far more expensive even for the full price. The quality is first class, glaze is smooth and shiny with no scratches and the design of dinner set is timeless. I cannot wait to see my sisters reaction on receiving this set as I know she will so pleased with it and it will defintely mean she can throw out her old mismatched crockery. Another plus with this set is the place settings selection you get 6 of each dinner plate, small plate, large bowl (pasta etc) and small bowl. However there are larger or smaller sets you can purchase in this range all at great prices plus add on in this range. If you are short on storage space then these will fit the bill as they stack beautifully. This dinner service definitely looks more expensive than the actual cost, in fact I think it looks a more quality item than a white set on sale in a well known High street store which is smaller setting and more expensive. Plus do not worry about ordering crockery from this seller as on receipt of my order I got a follow up email which said that they hoped the order had arrived on date as advised and completely undamaged and hope I was pleased with it. Also they said that due to the nature of the product although they packed it very very well there was a chance that it could have been damaged in transit which is completely out of their hands and if this is the case to contact them to resolve. Brilliant customer service which put my mind at rest as when I pointed out that this was a Christmas Present and I hadn't done a full check they came back immediately pointing out that all their products carried a one year guarantee and if my sister found any issues on fully unpacking to still get in contact with them. Great product, great seller, great customer service and they also have a large selection of different style dinner sets which are well worth a look. It is difficult to buy online with confidence without seeing and touching the product you want to gauge the quality, design but the seller has made this so much easier by offering a quality product and great follow up customer service. I can definitely recommend this seller and this dinner set.

Not much of consistency in terms of shape. When stacking you can see wobbliness. But they are good value given they are microwave safe (tested), and dishwasher safe. Well packaged delivery but not so clean on first impression and still got one chipped plate. Slightly heavy. Good value given the quantity Customer service I have to say is excellent. They are quick to reply and resolve the issues.
