Jansal Valley Slivered Raw Almonds, 1 Pound

I buy these using subscribe & save, so I am a repeat customer. The almonds are always fresh, and taste great. I will continue to purchase.

Nice to get such a large bag for the price but we're not crunchy. We're not stale but teeth did sink into them a little bit instead of a crunch. Pieces were a good size. I am using them for baking so they will do.

This product would get five stars, but both times I've ordered it the bags have been busted open. Once the packaging is corrected--and the almonds are shipped without being broken open--this product will deserve 5 stars for it's quality and affordability.

They were ok. Packaging was open and the nuts were strewn around the inside of the box with the other products I ordered. Also they smelled like perfume - don't know why. I don't think I would order these again.

the almonds are ok but the packaging is unacceptable. The last 2 times I received this the package had split open and there was a trail of almond slivers leading to my front door. Good way to attract mice.

I find it a pain in the neck to shell seeds and nuts. I adore almonds. I use these on salads, in cookies and breads and I also share them with my hamsters. Everyone is happy.

Great quality and very fresh and delicious. The slivers are perfect. Not too thick and not to thin... they are "just right". Quick and easy to grind if you want to do that but they present beautifully by themselves. Keep your eye on them if toasting since they are so delicately slivered, they do toast quickly. One bag has lasted me much longer than I expected.

I have bought these repeatedly. Good value for the amount and I use them in salads, toasted on top of middle-eastern tomato and chickpea stew, etc. -- consistently good.
