I'm a new catholic. I bought it to learn how to pray. It's just right for me. It is filled with beautiful 356 prayers and you can read one prayer per day. It is more like Jesus is directly talking to you through his sacred heart. It touches my heart. Very calming. Yes. I recommend this book to anyone.
