Review is for cast iron frying pan.
First I only use cast so the review is for that. I never wash my cast as it ruin's the coating. Perfectly safe as heating the cast kills anything harmful. Actually safer than washing. Just clean oil out with paper towel. I have always used extra light olive oil but would get a burn mark that food would stick to frying pan next time. Thought I would try this in my cast frying pans and glad I did. After about 6 or more times food stopped sticking with right care. Get a 3" Russel brand scraper in carbon. Flexible unlike worthless stainless that scrapes finish off. A must have. Round corners slightly with file or stone. Also neoprene brush to move oil around. Pans are a nice shine and deep black. I do use lots of oil like close to 1/8 inch in bottom of pan. This cuts cooking time in half or more and also helps with finish. Get a good screen but lots less oil splatter with this than olive oil. Will not go back.

NOW it has a higher price!
I got the oil on March 16 and so far so good. It's odorless and you may add it in any stage of your cooking without worry a dish will get a smell. People, who cook enough, know what I'm speaking about. So, the oil it's good, and my communication with the seller was very positive too.Only my complain now is the price. I've got TWO bottles for $ 32.99, each 3 lit., now one bottle is $ 34.99!

High quality at a great price.
Very solid product as far as packaging and quality.Do a lot of high temp cooking and use quite a bit of grapeseed oil which is obviously a healthy alternative and as the prices increase in local stores this was very reasonably priced for the amount included.Would recommend

Best price/ ounce for my needs.
Grape Seed oil is my choice for health reasons. This quality is perfect for me because small bottles charge quite a bit more per ounce. I subscribe once every 2 months so I get an even lower price.
