Just buy it and you won't regret it!Build Quality: It is a perfect fit for the Bose SoundLink AE2 headphones. The pad are super soft and appear to be of good quality. I will provide an update if the hold up in a year or 2.Installation: It was really easy to install. Only thing is wish I had done was done the dry fit the earpads, while holding the pads then removed the stick pad coverings.Final words: Buy it and try it. Great quality and product!

I spent probably hours trying to decide which replacement ear pads to choose and finding ones compatible with the Soundlink AE2. I went with these because they were much thicker than the others I was finding and I’m glad I did! They are soft, comfortable, and super easy to install. It took me maybe 2 minutes and that’s only because I paused to take pictures of the difference between the old and new.They seem to work really well and I actually notice a difference in the sound quality; the bass seems richer and I had to turn the volume way down from where I had it with the original, well-worn pads.My scrims didn’t need replacing (and the ones it came with seemed a little smaller and thinner than the originals) so I didn’t replace those.Overall I think these are well worth purchasing and I would highly recommend.

Padding was falling apart so I decided to replace it. These were a perfect fit as I did my research and made sure I was getting the right ones. The soft outer ring, i.e. the padding that cushions your ear, is virtually identical to the original Bose pads. The inner mesh that covers the speakers are not as soft as the original, but technically your ears aren't necessarily touching that inner part of the pads are doing their job (unless you have tiny ears I guess) so it's not a major concern and I do like the L and R on that inner part which is not marked very prominently on the originals and is rather helpful. All in all, this is definitely an after market, not an official Bose product, but it's a high-end after market and I'm a satisfied customer.

Easy to install. My Bose headset feels brand new again. It keeps the outside noise down- you don’t realize how much ‘flattened ear pads’ can affect that until they are fully ‘fluffed’ again. Definitely worth the small investment in upgrading your worn ear pads.
