Q: Do they fit any guitar

They are all steel strings not nylon so suitable for acoustic guitars apposed to Spanish of classical guitars

Q: By single pack does it mean pack of all four strings or just a single string?

Not sure why you say 4 strings as it comes with the 6 string you need on a classical guitar. Now they do stretch and take a few days to bed in. They are not the best and for the price you know this. But saying that when bedding in the are very good strings and sound very good. They hold the tone you require and I find they are really good. Don't be put off by the price as they are good and well worth the money you pay for them.

Q: Would these be suitable for a Yamaha Guitalele?

I use these on a top of the range Alhambra classical guitar and have looked at your guitarlele - I cannot see why they should not be perfect for this. These are really good value strings. They stretch a bit more than normal so have to re-tuned quite a bit when first fitted but are a great set for the money and sound good!

Q: Is it possible to buy all 6 nylon guitar strings? I have sensitivity to metal strings.

I am not aware of an ALL nylon set of classical strings. The low E,A & D strings have a metal wrap around the nylon to be able to produce their tone. If they were just nylon the would not project a proper sound. I suggest you ask your doctor if you are allergic to all metal as some manufacturers may use different metal compounds in their strings.
