At first I loved these ab rings, but after not many uses, one of the pads broke in half. I contacted Haines City (when I purchased these, they were fulfilled by Haines City and not, like now, by Amazon) and they were totally non-responsive. Unfortunately, the 180 day limit to find solutions had long passed and so I am out of luck (and cash). Tough one,.

These were a perfect addition to my garage gym. I attached them to my ceiling mount pull up bar with tie down straps and they can easily be taken on and off, because of the way that the steel hooks are constructed. The hanging leg raise is one of my favorite abdominal exercises, but I have gotten away from using the Ab Slings and have been opting to just do them from a hanging position, relying on grip strength. While training during this past summer with the heat and excessive sweating, I began to neglect the movement and focused on ground base core work. Since purchasing the Ab Slings, I have used them during every one of my workouts. Sweaty palms are no longer preventing me from performing the exercise in the desired rep range (20+) that I find beneficial. Thanks for a solid and reasonably priced product.

I got these to go with the Iron Gym workout bar that I have.These have really added utility to my Iron Gym -- now I'm getting a lot more upper body and ab work. I was going to get the Iron Gym brand straps, but after reading many reviews, decided to get padded straps. These are great. They're padded and extremely sturdy. The open hooks make it incredibly quick and easy to put the straps on the bar and get going with exercise. I was concerned that the hooks might be flimsy because it's hard to tell from the photo, but they are VERY heavy gauge. Great product.
