the company shipped a bad unit, Note that the company put two quality verification tags on the box. their inspectors suck
ok so the product is really good but the one this company sent was defective and i had to get a replacement through the manufacturer which cost too much to ship the defective one back. I won't buy from this company again.

navigationally challenged
This unit has problems with the exact location and short distances. It frequently can't tell the difference between 100 feet and 1/4th mile. left from right or east from west. Usually does ok on general route.

Not a lot of bells and whistles
I wanted a plain Jane easy to use gps because the user is not technically savvy. This was perfect and inexpensive. It did take a little longer to get to me by about 5 days however.

map updates are the main issue...
This was a cheap buy for $60. I guess you get what you pay for. The main reason I bought this device was for the lifetime map updates. When I received it, i took it out to a relatively new freeway in town (it opened in August 2013). Thinking that it was over a year later, it would be on the GPS. It wasn't. I contacted tech support, and was told the maps were last updated in the 4th quarter of 2013. I was then told the mapping system is "normally" updated "3 or 4 times a year." Well, that ain't true!I haven't driven in heavy traffic, so I can't tell you if the re-routing feature on it works or not. I know that it brags that it has a speed limit indicator for streets you're traveling on so you always know the speed limit. So far, the only time it works is when I'm driving down a freeway (one that is on the GPS) it tells me the speed limit is 65. I have yet to see it indicate the speed limit for a surface street. No help there. It also touts a red light camera warning. That works, but it also has several intersections warning of a red light camera approaching when there is none. No big deal there. The positives about this device is that it is accurate when showing where you are, and the GPS loads really quick when you turn it on. I haven't had an issue yet about navigating me to an address, either, other than some routes are a bit longer than I would have taken on my own.
