I've been eating a low calorie breakfast in the morning. This is great.

Not fresh and tastes bad and the seller thinks they are not responsible since they don't make the English muffins...but they sell them.

To me, the great thing about English muffins has always been that they're firm and have pits and valleys and are grainy. That makes them go GREAT with soft topping like cheese, butter, and nut butter. The contrast is what gives pleasure. These things, on the other hand are not firm, but soft and squishy. Their consistency is approximately like all-American floppy white bread. No fun at all to eat.

I love these English muffins and they are low carb.i found them for significantly less in my local grocery store.

Far more costly than just buying at grocery store..
