Works pretty well and doesn't hurt like you would think at all!

The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like this because I needed a new epilator & didn't want to spend $100 or more. I received the 1st order & after charging it for 8hrs I turned it on & thick, black hairs came flying out so I went to turn off the unit & it wouldn't turn.off. It's supposed to have 2 speeds but it only goes 1 speed that's slow. I returned it to get a new unit & the same thing happened, it turns on but won't turn off so I remembered from reading the instructions that it won't turn on.if it connected to the charger so that's how I turned the unit off. As you see in the video it turns off only by putting the charger in while plugged in. I'm returning this & I guess spending more money to find 1 that actually works. Also this stops working when you put it on your skin.

I was done with shaving my legs and wanted to try a different method. It was pretty uncomfortable at first but I got used to it and now I love it.

Compared to the Epilady legend, this one has 2 speeds - fast and even faster. I would have preferred the lower speed to be a little slower. Also, it's super delicate. I dropped it and the plastic holding the top spinning thing broke off, and the whole thing fell apart and I had to throw it out. So, it works well but it's fast, and don't drop it.

It is bit more difficult to use that the older epilady so you have to go over an area several times

Had one previously that lasted close to 10 years. This is the second one I have purchased. Saves money because I no longer have to pay for upper lip and chin waxing. They have more than one model but this one is warerproof. I primarily use it on my face but it can be used for other areas of the body.

Received this item and it would not even work. I charged it fully and it still does not work. Why send out something that the company already knows it did not work? Just ridiculous!!!!! My first epilady was awesome, it seemed like the company has just gone down heel and stop making them anymore.

I was said that it did not work. It would run for a second and then turn off. I charged it correctly. So I sent it back and waiting for a replacement. I will change my review then.
