Light weight but strong and well constructed.
I love this pot for cooking for larger groups. Good pot to feed 4 to 6 people. Light weight, well constructed. I love the handle so you can pick it up or hang it over a fire. For me it's a little too big for backpacking but great for group camping. Great product. Thanks for the great lightweight but very strong design.

Excellent pot for group of 6, but don't wash in dishwasher
We use this pot for open fire camping. It is light weight. if the handle had a center bend for hook will be much better balance. Also DO NOT wash in a dishwasher. After my 3 days trip, I put most of the camping dining ware in the dishwasher for a good wash. Big mistake! The pot had corrosion build up after wash and also the surface turn grey. I need to scrap off all these dark corrosion built up. They should marked or labeled Hand Wash Only.

A great, durable pot for camping.
I use it for cooking stew, mostly over a camp fire. Sometimes 2 or 3 hours sitting in the flames. The bail has a notch which holds it up so it's easy to grab when necessary. A little black but holding up well. I actually love this little pot.

*VERY* Thin, but sturdy - a decent buy!
I ordered the 4 quart pot to nest with some other camping cookware. It worked out well to have a set of Stanley sauce pans inside and it mates up perfectly to the Self Reliance Outfitters 8" folding frying pan to be inverted and placed on top. I also grabbed a GSI 10" folding frying pan for it to sit in. All in all, this pot is a bargain for a sturdy aluminum pot with a bale handle. The aluminum is fairly thin, so you will likely get hot spots. But if you're using the pot as you should, being full of liquid and not using it to sear meat or something, then it won't be a problem. If you're trying to feed a lot of people, the 4 quart is about as light as many other smaller stainless pots I have, it might be good for backpacking - 531g with lid, 416g without for those counting grams. The great part about it being thin and aluminum is that it conducts heat very quickly and has little thermal mass, so expect a rapid response when you take it off the burner to prevent or stop a boil over.My only complaint is the lip of the lid and pot, and the hinge for the bale. The lip on both pieces curls over into a "C" shape, and will easily trap crud. The bale hinge sticks up a bit further than I'd like for fitting into a kit or bag; however, it does have a handy one way stop to aide in pouring it out and no sharp edges on the hinge. I will likely be drilling a series of small holes in the lid to use it as a strainer for pasta. It would be nice if it came like this like many other brands, but its easy to do yourself. All in all, a good buy.**UPDATE 10/23/2021: I have had this pot stored away in my camp kitchen box with a bunch of other camp pans nested in and around it - it got bent pretty bad. I was able to easily bend it back into place and I realized just how how weak the metal is. It's perfectly fine if you're not compacting it into a tight space, but I think I'm going to find a stainless pot for the strength to replace this and use this for deep frying on my front porch. Despite the fact that it's thin, if you're using this as a pot filled with liquid, it will serve it's purpose very well, but I wouldn't use this for any cooking where I would need even heat. I'm taking off a star for how thin this is, as it's advertised for camping/travel.

Hole in a the bottom = a completely useless pot
Got this to use to warm water on top of our wood stove. It's VERY thin and lightweight - good if you're camping I'm sure. Pretty soon it had a hole in the bottom, rendering it entirely useless ... UGH

Cool
Great size for camping. Not too big but large enough for a substantial amount of food. Light weight and easy to pack.
