Betmar Nadia Beret

I own several Betmar hats, in different styles, and I love them all. This velvet beret isvery dressy and elegant. The fabric is luxurious, and is fully lined. The beret is notskimpy on fabric, so that it has a nice flattering shape. It also does not fall off inthe wind because of the elastic. I own another velvet beret (a different brand), andI think this Betmar is much higher quality. I own the black, and it dresses up any coat orjacket. Would also make a great gift.

Ok, I really love the fabric in this hat. It is a rich color and the made in a interesting pattern.However, a hat has to have a shape that somehow stays on one's head.This feels more like a light bag of ice on top of your head that drops to the direction you are moving your head and that is unsettling.I will keep it but I am visiting a hat shop to have it altered so it fits better....

Good enough value, but stitching or tacking should be placed to keep inner lining from poking through when beret is worn. You always end up tucking it back in as soon as you put it on.

This is a lovely hat. To wear, it fits best if it is first centered on the head with the band adjusted for position. Then, move the crown to either side for the draped effect. Soft, feminine and full of style!I bought the black and came back for the blue.

This is a well made hat, and the second I have purchased, and although it fits well I am surprised at the size - it seems to be 20% smaller in coverage than a typical beret, and fits more like a cap.

So small! My head is not that big, but it feels squeezed by this hat. It gives me a headache. For the money, i thought it would be a better fit.

Nice but fits too loose. Not quite as rich as in picture.
