Nothing like other green peppercorns
These are hoter and spicier than black peppercorns. They have none of the citrus flavor only a heavy punch of hot burn. Real green peppercorns have a wonderful subtle flavor. I don't know what kind of peppercorns these are or if they've been soaked in some sort of hot brine before freeze drying but they are NOT AS ADVERTISED. BUYERS BEWARE.
