Great value & easy to work with
Fantastic amount of fencing for the price! Easy to put up and works great for all of our livestock. It's thick and strong enough to pull tight.

Four Stars
Excellent temporary solution. It’s pretty strong but will break if tested. Better than using aluminum wire

Safe and Easy to Use
Lightweight and super easy to string around your temporary fence posts. I paired with a Gallagher solar charger and so far my horses are keeping their distance. I like that if the horses go through, the camps on temp posts will pop off and this fence will come down and not cut up my horses. Its not straight wire so I think a bit more safe to use.

We have used this product for years.
We have used this product for years. It works well and is visible to all. It does rust out after a few years and stretches with time so it does need replacing after a few years of use.

Don't buy junk. Buy GALLAGHER!!!!
Okay, after I got injured my garden laid fallow for three or four years and my wonderful gardening buddy put in this year that I needed to get it going again. Something about "them zipper cream peas are money in the bank!" he kept mumbling. Anyhow, after a MASSIVE garden clearing which included fire and lots and lots of digging and pulling dog fennel...the garden was cleared. But, over the last few years of neglect, abuse, and...fire, some of the five strands of polywire needed replacing. When I first put up the fence I used standard Gallagher polywire. Over the years some got damaged, etc., and needed replacing. I checked Tractor Supply and they had a "Farm Works" brand that they offered. Being as I needed "something" I bought some of the TSC polywire to patch up the bad places with. Well, in looking at the polywire this year I can see a marked difference in durability between the "Farm Works" and the Gallagher polywire. Both supposedly have 6 strands of SS wire in them. The big difference that I (as a mere mortal) could see was in the supporting plastic strands. The plastic strands in the TSC stuff was crumbling and breaking while the plastic in the 7 year old Gallagher polywire looked much, much better. I knew then that I was going back with Gallagher...big, BIG difference!!! Anyhow, I replaced three entire runs of wire and intend to replace the other two and add another, thus decreasing the spacing between wires a couple of inches. As for the old Gallagher that I'm taking off, I'm cutting out any bad sections, tying ends together and rolling it up on a plastic roll for repair/emergency use. I mean, what I'm saving is still good...I just want to get the fence back into prime shape again with the highest "shock effect" possible for the cute little Bambi's around here. ;) Go with Gallagher...you won't regret it but the deer will!!!! LOL ;)

Easy to use. Pair of scissors acted as an axle for the spool. Good zap. It does sag quite a bit after installing, so I needed to walk the fenceline a few times already, looping over the insulators here & there to tighten it up. I learned about the sagging when I tested on the day after install and had no zap - ot had sagged and gotten wrapped up in some barbed wire, causing a short.... And no zap.
