Awesome hammer
This hammer is dead on!!! pun intended... I love it. I have lots of hammers from a 5 pound down to a twinky baby ping hammer. This hammer is my favorite! It has a long handle which increases the amount of energy when hammering in nails in hard or knotted wood. It is very sturdy and the grip and comfortable. The only drawback is also one of its strengths. The face of the hammer is not flat. So if you hit a nice piece of wood with it, it will leave a mark. However, I like it as hitting a slippery surface, this makes it glance off less than other hammers. Overall, out of my 8 hammers I own, this one is my favorite!

Great hammer
I work in concrete construction and been using this hammer for about a year now. In my opinion, for this type of work, is a very good hammer. Durable, strong, for carpentry, for forming, for wrecking , for driving nails. And that's my honest opinion, I'm willing to buy another when it's time.

Great for many purposes!!!
I did not purchase this hammer for construction I purchased it because it is a great tool for breaching threw obstacles as an LEO. True any heavy hammer can do this but this one just looks tactical. I have first hand experience nine hits double handed on a triple locked steel apartment door in a confined hallway couldn't use a halligan or even a short sledge this hammer fit the bill and delivered!!!! Wish they would make a dedicated carrier so it can be mollied on to my entry vest.

Do not buy!
This hammer is a big goofy piece of junk. The claw looks like it was copied off of a fisher price hammer, I doubt you could pull anything other than a duplex nail with it. It is 3/16 at the absolute sharpest point...why bother? May as well be a hammer head on that side too. I would post pictures, but the app won't let me. Take my word for it.. Do not waste your money!

Absolutely perfect for the job I do
They only thing I’m not amazed by is the dull claw I sometimes need to spike the end of 2x4&2x8’s and it just bounces off. The best Hammer for your money. Using it to strip steal form stakes is a perfect fit for the whole in the head the lift and twist like a pipe wrench I have yet to hit my fingers on that mean ole finger finder😂

Soild hammer
I have had no issues with this hammer at all. It does it's job and drives nails easily with a large face. I've always bought Hart hammers, but figured I'd try this one out and I am happy with this one as well. I Would buy another one

Definite drop in quality over the years
I am not a carpenter by trade, I am a licensed pyrotechnician, so these hammers don't see daily use but on select weekends, however, a concrete form carpenter may find this useful. I origionally purchased two hammers (one remaining, on bottom of photo) around 2013 for my crew, and the underside was cut to hold an 8d duplex nail and would probably hold a 16d, but when I lost one, I replaced it, and this is what came: a cast unfinished pocket that won't fit the nail I need(middle hammer). Thinking this was a defect or a knockoff, I bought two more to confirm(unaltered on top). What I received is another cast unfinished pocket. This is a fantastic hammer otherwise, can drive a nail in one swing after setting it, but grinding out the pocket after purchase wasn't something I expected to do.
