Slight modification to the bolts and it fits nicely to R32 GTR passenger seat rail mounts (RHD) nicely, good bit of kit very impressed. Strong build and quality with a good weight. And for a universal bracket it actually looks spot on. Great value for money! And yes the movement handle of the seat is still useable 😁

Excellent quality bracket, but will not fit into BMW i3 as the carpet is higher than the bracket when fitted at a higher point with the grub screws I tried to fit this and wanted it to work but I would have to make holes in the carpet for the screw ends to go fully down Also the extinguisher mounting bars are not long enough to reach the end of the carpet slope Other cars may be OK but BMW i3 is not unfortunately

The bracket can be mounted in a number of different ways and the best feature is the ability to fine tune how the position of the middle rail can be fixed. The kit comes with all fittings you'd need including screws for the extinguisher bracket. Due to my seat rail, the forward and backwards lever can no longer be adjusted but I set the seat in the optimum driving position before I installed this. The seats are Bride Low Max Strada IIs. If they fit under these they will fit almost any car.

The sport seat of my E39 BMW isn't the biggest or widest ever but this bracket was on the absolute limit of its width to fit onto the inside edges of the seat rails. It wasn't wide enough by a long way to be able to fit underneath the seat bolts themselves as suggested on some of the images advertised. And once fitted the 2 support brackets that you attach the fire extinguisher to were either fouling the mat below or too high to enable the extinguisher to fit underneath the seat leg extension. With some playing around I discovered I was able to use the two smaller arms that the extinguisher attaches to and attach them directly onto the front lower part of my seat. The extinguisher was then able to fit discretely and very securely underneath the seat extender. This also enabled me to be able to move the seat forward, backwards and even remove the seat for jobs without having to remove the extinguisher bracket. Now the official E39 bracket isn't available using this bracket in the way I have has enabled it to function exactly as the original BMW one and not like the bracket manufacturers intended. I'm sure a couple of small pieces of steel cut to size with a couple of holes in would be more than adequate. I will post pictures of how the bracket now attaches to my seat for anyone on forums directed to this bracket which is how I came across it myself.

Had looked at this for a while and couldn't figure out how it adjusted or if it would fit my car (2013 Beetle TDI Sport). Ordered it anyway and it was very easy to fit, it's a really clever design and seems very sturdy (am using a 2lb dry powder extinguisher with it).

Very good quality and easy to mount on the seat rail mechanism. The fire extinguisher doesn't move or shake at all when driving.

Flimsy and poorly designed product. I reckon this thing would shake itself to bits had it actually been able to clamp on to the Nissan Navara NP300 passenger side seat. Not a very elegant solution for the price either, very disappointed.

Installed in a 5th Gen (2019+) RAM HD (2500/3500+) Product works perfectly as intended. NOTHING seemed under built, the screws fit/thread perfectly, and the mount accepted the most basic wall mount 2lb fire extinguisher & mount. Everything lines up and it was an easy install behind my drivers seat. I didn’t want it in front because the possibility of loosening and rolling to my pedals. Passenger side too far away and would bother my passenger seat operator. I installed it in back in a way that allows the HVAC floor vent to be unobstructed. I used blue loctite and I used the set screw method. Do not feed the set screws through the seat bracket notched holes as that made the mount unable to fully seat and tighten. Use the set screws against the metal as set screws are intended to be used.

Excellent product! Easy to install / very versatile for a range of fire extinguishers

Easy assembly. It seems to be decent quality. The allen keys are cheap so they will strip before the screws strip so you wont over tighten. Just make sure to add threadlock because its much sturdier. it's the only universal fire extinguisher on amazon. It's a safety product people shouldn't be complaining over $100CAD ($70USD). I don't think it's "too expensive for what it is." I bought a garrison 2.5lb fire extinguisher which comes with a metal bracket. Hopefully I never need to use it.
