Great Customer Service

Even though I called after the 90-day warranty period, Phillip with White Spider Electronics was most helpful and patient with troubleshooting my refurbished 4515x, and is honoring the warranty (broken roller cradle), since I am just now getting around to installing it after tax season. 5 stars for customer service.
