Pros- Easy assembly- Good build quality- Securely holds 20+lb monitor (AOC U4308V) without issue- Included 200x100 VESA mount bracket is nice (for my use case especially!)- Easy adjustment of height, spring tension and monitor position- Built in cable routingCons- NoneOther ThoughtsI bought this mount/arm to replace a dual 32" (inch) monitor arm/mount I was using. I moved my secondary 32" (inch) monitor onto its included stand and I wanted something that would be tall enough and could handle the weight of a heavy 43" (inch) 4K monitor (the AOC U4380V). The monitor I wanted to mount supports 200x100 VESA so I liked that VIVO included an adapter in the box. With the included adapter, the overall price was comparable and in some cases cheaper than other options which required buying an adapter.Assembling the monitor arm/mount was simple and so was mounting my monitor to the VESA bracket. Once I got the arm/mount secured to my desk and placed my monitor on the arm/mount, I was easily able to adjust the height of the arm/mount on the pole and adjust the tension until I found the right setting. After adjusting, I was happy to see that it had no problems supporting the 43" (inch) panel without issue. I was able to raise and lower it as needed and take full advantage of the monitor arm/mount even though VIVO only advertises it as supporting up to a 35" (inch) monitor. My setup may be "out of spec" for what they recommend but it works just fine for me.Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase because it works exactly as I hoped. It allows me to have much better adjustment for my monitor than the included stand and it frees up some desk space at the same time.

Using with a Dell 40" ultrawide curved monitor, which is about 21lbsUsing in grommet modeI installed by drilling a hole through the desk just wider than the installation bolt, so things were tight. A wider, finished hole, might provide different resultsTip 1: Get a good ratcheting device for stuff like this. The provided allen wrenches are miserable to use. nothing particular to this model on that, but just in generalTip 2: If doing grommet mode, loosen the set screw on the base before threading the upright bar into the base. I didn't do that the first time and couldn't get it tight enough, thinking I had crossed the threads. Once I did that, there was no wiggle on the upright barI bought this because the bar provides the height that I want. I think it will work...once things are tightened, it works well. I'm not going to do a lot with it (change heights and settings, etc), I just wanted it off of the desk

This Vivo monitor arm is sturdy and well built.I am using one to hold up my 34" Acer Predator x34p ultrawide, and the other to hold up a 27" LG 27UL850-W UHD. The mounts are strong and hold up these large monitors with ease.There is a little wobble with desk moves. I am betting that has more to do with the motorized sit and stand desk more than the monitor arms though. This wobble is not noticed during normal use.Pros:> Sturdy> Price> Included hardware is quality> Clamp option instead of drillingCons:> Adjustments seemed backward to me. I had to turn the spring tension screw to the minus side to get it to tighten up.> I wish there was a built-in level> At least include a level with the purchaseI have always used Vivo mounts for my builds and I will continue to do so in the future.Thanks for a great product.
