Feels just like a bench at the gym
I've been doing dumbbell workouts nearly everyday on this bench for 2 months now. Things I like about this bench: • Feels well made and sturdy. • Foldable form is perfect for apartment living. • Mine doesn't wobble, like at all. • That foothold thing is optional, you'll notice I didn't attach it to my bench. • Some other foldable benches sit really high off the ground for some reason, this one is normal height. • I appreciate that the design is low profile and doesn't look obnoxious next to my furniture. Areas of concern: • I saw other reviewers say that the nub in the locking mechanism got bent during bench press. I would not bench press with this bench, just because the locking mechanism doesn't inspire that much confidence for me. However I did stress test this bench by laying it flat, sitting on the upper edge while holding two 70 lb dumbbells, and bouncing up and down on the seat to see if it would break. It did not feel like it would give. I also regularly do chest press with two 70 lb dumbbells on this thing. This bench feels very sturdy and I am not worried at all that the locking mechanism will have any issues during dumbbell exercises. I also have the feeling that the people that had bent locking mechanisms possibly didn't twist it all the way in like you're supposed to. However, if I do have problems with this bench, I will definitely update this review. • The upright height isn't enough to lay your head against for overhead press. I thought this would be annoying but it turns out it doesn't really matter at all, since I could scoot forward in the seat and lean back so that my head is supported by the bench. Also doing overhead press without leaning your head back is not even unpleasant. Overall, this bench is high quality and fills all my needs. I'm extremely happy with this purchase. Update: A little over 4 years later, that little nub finally broke off. I have the powerblocks barbell attachment, and I've been setting the bar (roughly) onto the bench after doing shoulder shrugs. The full weight of that is 200 pounds (90kg). I was doing that for a year before it broke. Thought I'd update the review, but it looks like they changed this listing to a different product so it doesn't matter that much anymore I guess.

A Great Adjustable Bench!
I researched so many adjustable benches trying to find one that provided great value at my budget. This one definitely delivers! Being 6'5" I was looking for a bench that felt sturdy and was large enough to accommodate my height. I am using this bench mostly for dumbbell workouts so can't speak to how it holds up under extreme weight but as far as the size, it is very comparable to the benches at the gym I go to. Does the pad go to the top of my head when the bench is inclined? No, but that's something I'm personally used to. It is so easy to adjust too! The pad area from end to end is approximately 49" when laid flat. The seat is ~17.25" long, the back ~30.25", and a ~1.5" gap. I didn't put a level to the bench but it definitely looks and feels level when laid flat. There is a very important pin that will result in a flat bench when going through the assembly. Assembly was super easy with clear instructions. The deduction of the star is because the padded material does feel a little slippery when using. Fortunately, the seat adjusts to help counteract this when using the bench at an incline. I would absolutely recommend this bench at this price point! I thought I would include a picture of the free poster as well in case you are curious :)

Best Home Gym Bench?
This could very well be the best purchase I have ever made for my home gym. I have been using cheap adjustable benches for years. They have always been wobbly and very thin, which would hurt my shoulders when benching. This couldn’t be more different from that! Not only did it come pretty much already assembled, other than having to attach the bases (which was very refreshing! Only took 20 minutes total). But it also is very wide, sturdy, and comfortable. The padding seems very high-quality, and I am honestly very shocked at the price being so low, considering I have spent more than 100 on far worse benches. This is also the first bench I have ever bought that hasn’t wobble at all. Will definitely be buying from this brand again if this hold up, which it feels like it will!

Great bench!
Best bench out there for the money. I do wish the padding was a bit thicker but the versatility is superb especially the foot piece.

A fine bench that can be a pain to store and adjust
I used this bench for a couple of years but recently replaced it with a different brand. All in all, I found this bench to be perfectly sturdy and a totally fine purchase for anyone who is just looking for a bench. I would still be using this bench if I hadn't been forced to find a replacement with my wife and I moved houses and had to make some sacrifices when we ran out of truck storage. The only observations I have that lowered my review is that even when folded up, it still takes up quite a bit of space (assuming you're using this in a small home gym), and after two years, the adjustment holes had already become so worn that it became almost impossible to slip the pin in and out. Another annoyance is that the plastic feet constantly pop off any time you nudge it, enough so that I almost just Gorilla glued them in place but opted not to. Like I said, a fine bench overall with some minor annoyances that motivated me to replace it the first time I had an opportunity to do so.

Nice solid bench. Works as intended. Can be folded away for storage. Shipping was prohibitory expensive, but I suppose it is quite bulky.

Great bench ,I have only one problem the seat should be just as wide as the ankle supports , the seat is 1ft wide and ankle supports is 1 ft 4inch wide I have large legs @ 25” each , so when doing any incline workout the backs of my knees rest half off the seat makes it a little unstable and dig’s into the backs of the knees , otherwise it’s sturdy , backrest and seat padding is good

I use this for my home workouts with weights. The bench comes in three pieces and took 5 minutes to assemble. Very easy. It's heavy to move but that's expected. Not much to dislike - the bench folds away in 20 seconds and is quite compact and slides under my table. It's also - when flat - a bit lower to the ground than some of the benches I've used in gyms, which - for me - is a positive. I also use it on my wooden floor when inside, and it has plastic feet which have not marked anything yet. I benched 40kg without the bench wobbling, so all good so far. I haven't used the round pads around the end of the bench though (presumably for hooking your feet under and doing sit ups). Good value for money.

This is a great bench for the money. It doesn't get 5 stars because although it's good it's not perfect. The faults: It arrived with quite a few dinks and scratches It's not straight, it's not out by much, when I look from above its kinked The welding is messy, the spatter hasn't been cleaned off properly before painting. The backrest covering is creased in one corner as it's not fitted correctly. For me personally I would have liked the 90 degree position if it were about 85 degrees None of the above affect the function of the bench although I did slide off the bench in the decline position The good bits: It's sturdy and stable, it has the best maximum load I could find for the money. I've had 350 lb on it so far and it hasn't budged. It has a good range from decline to 90 degrees It feels safe, the locking bolts to adjust the seat and a backrest feel secure and strong It's very, very easy to assemble It's easy to fold up and store. The padding is good. What's not to like, would recommend it
