During the pandemic I started to experience hot flashes. Not fun :-(( Internet tells me evening primrose oil supplements mitigate the symptom so I order this one from Amazon. Why I chose this particular one, I don't remember. After taking 1 each after breakfast and dinner, I noticed significantly less hotness about 2 weeks in. It was wonderful. After I finished the bottle, I went on to order a different brand, for smaller pill size. After about 2 weeks, the hot flashes came back! Then I went to CVS and bought a national brand one, but it never did anything for me even after finishing a bottle. So I came back to the ArtNaturals brand, and BAM! it worked again. I don't know what's different from other brands' evening primrose oil but with ArtNaturals I no longer experience hot flashes. GONE. I was very sorry to switch brands, I am sticking to you forever, ArtNaturals! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I have had hot flashes for almost six years. This past year has been a nightmare. I was at my wits end with no relief in sight. I ordered this after reading reviews and decided to give it a try. I am on my fourth day and I am already noticing a difference. My hot flashes have gone from every couple of hours to four yesterday, two overnight and I haven't had one since I woke up. As with any product that is promising weight loss, healthy skin, and a boost in the immune system, I was skeptical. I researched an alternative on Amazon and began buying those, and then I found this brand, which is even more economical but still of the high quality I need. I've been buying this brand for several months and they make me feel great. Evening Primrose oil is good for your skin and I take it because of the fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). It is reported to keep you more youthful. I do not take any hormones. Evening Primrose Oil is supposed to help balance hormones as well. Enjoy!

Just know these are very large pills. I ordered them for my daughter because evening primrose is so good for pms, menstrual, and sleep issues, but she can’t even take them. :( she is fine swallowing most vitamins or pain relievers like Advil but this is too much.

My GI doctor recommended these supplements in regards to the huge amount of hair that has been falling out. Diagnosed celiac so this was one of three items he told me to get on ASAP besides going gluten free. My girlfriend has PCOS. Primrose oil effects suppresses insulin response (pcos reacts to blood sugar, sort of like diabetes, sugars are the enemy). I bought her the primrose oil as part of a pcos hack stack of several different pills to try and help her feel better and help control her insulin response. She loves the primrose oil because its good for your skin and she has seen noticeable improvements in elasticity and strength in her skin since she started taking it.
