I purchased these to collect customer information when raffling off a sample product. These are the perfect size, allowing enough room for customers to write their information clearly, without having to cram it in. The only thing that could have made these more perfect for me, is if they asked for an email address. Overall excellent purchase.

We use these all the time giving customers and potential customers chances to win free meals. We also use them for employee raffles to win great prizes at our company parties. These are a must have.

These come on a peel away pad and work great! They might be able to be a touch smaller, but still does the job well without me having to create them.

These were perfect for our drawing that we were having. They fit perfect in the raffle drum. They are just the right size for people to write their information on them, unlike small raffle tickets which are hard to read and not much space to write.
