Easy. nice and efective
The pill is easy to swallow and the color is easy to remember to take it. Take your pill ( base on the recommended amount) and do not stop to take it. You would be see and feel the difference on your own body.

Really helps me relax and sleep
I had been using a different brand of tryptophan for years but ordered this one when the one I had been using was going to take weeks to arrive. Anyway I'm glad I did, it works better, I'm assuming it's due to the mix of ingredients. I find it relaxes me and helps me sleep better. This obviously isn't a knock you out drug, if you have sleep issues you still need to work on them but I do like this as part of my bedtime routine

Works amazing well. I would recommend this product for any adult that is having difficulty sleeping. Although there are many reasons for not sleeping I have difficulty with not getting enough sunshine and this product helps to change the cycle of sleep enough to make my life a little easier.
