How do you rinse it when you are damp mopping floors?

I have used these in 2 vastly different environments. In smaller environments I simply put several pads in a rectangular bucket with clean solution. I pull one out and mop until it is dirty, then I pull another one out and do the same, etc. The cleaning solution never gets contaminated. Then I dry the floor with dry pads. I usually use no rinse products, but if you need to rinse you can simply add the step of wetting clean pads with water. The nice thing about the microfiber system is that it extracts really nicely, so it pulls the dirt and cleanser up off the floor. The way I do it does require several pads, but they last. What is the difference between this Damp pad and the Green Dry pad that looks similar?

I bought both the Blue Damp pad and the Green Dry pad. The difference is that the Blue Damp pad has a very thin layer of spongy padding between the microfiber and the velcro - this thin padding can soak up and retain some moisture. The Green Dry pad is thinner, with no padding - just microfiber with a velcro backing.
