Great Customer Service
I've ordered these a few times. The last order had a faulty cartridge, one email later and a replacement was promptly sent. The customer service is friendly and efficient so 5 stars from me.

Great replacement toners
Bought these as they were a fraction of the price of the original ones. They needed a strong firm tug to remove the tape. Helps to completely turn off the printer for a few minutes to help it would recognise the new cartridges.Would definitely buy again.

Very good substitute to the genuine one. The printing looks good for the usage we have: Office/school work.

What a saving over HP
Bought these tones from here and they seem to be good quality. Can't see any difference between these and HP ones except they don't say HP. I have got 4 toners for around £200 less than HP genuine. No brainer

Poor mechanical registration of colours and low yield
I thought I would try a very low cost toner cartridge set. Unfortunately, the toner ran out with a low page count yield. Worse than that, there is something mechanically wrong with these cartridges as the colour registration is all over the place, in some cases misaligned by as much as 1.5mm and different for each cartridge. Not recommended as these are a false economy and really not worth buying. Would have rated them with zero stars if I could. A waste of time and money really!

Great quality print, well packaged and worth the money.
I have to day that I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product, especially considering such a great price they were offered at.Very well packaged and easy to install. With a good crisp print quality, I cant fault them.Will definitely purchase again when it comes time to replace.

Ok for the price compared to HP toner!
I have bought this brand before and it was ok, I mostly print invoices and was happy with the quality. I do find that there is more fallout than the HP branded toner, so when I replace the cartridges I do need to clean up the inside of my printer.Unfortunately, this time my parcel never actually arrived, but this was an issue with the courier (DHL) sending it back not the seller, as I received an email from Amazon thanking me for returning it.

Good value
One third the price of the HP genuine items. How do they justify this? So far, no problems with quality.
