Q: Can this be used in Sodastream machines, if so what amount per 1 liter should be added to water?

All the Monin syrups can be used with a sodastream (I have one). You use about 1/2 cup (again, the same as soda stream syrups) per liter. I've tried a few different syrup makers (SodaStream, Cuisinart, Tourani) and I like Monin's the best.

Q: Does this taste like candy watermelon or actual watermelon?

It doesn't taste like watermelon candy. I would say it taste more like the actual fruit but not the kind that's extra sweet if that makes sense.

Q: Long shot here but, had anyone made a cucumber sunrise with this syrup? Taste like the ones from alchemy bar on Carnival?

I don't know what a cucumber sunrise is, but I would avoid Monin syrups. They never taste like what they advertise to taste like. I use DaVinci syrups and these are the best - trust me, I have tried them all. I tend to use DaVinci Orange and Lime flavors and these are delicious. I highly recommend DaVinci, of them all, their syrups have the best and most accurate flavors.

Q: What is the shelf life of an opened bottle of Monin syrup?

Not sure when I bought mine but date on bottle says good till 7/17

Perfect for making flavored coffees, redbulls, and Italian sodas. The flavor is exactly as I expected it to be. Also love that the bottle is plastic so it is harder to break.

The broken bottle inside of package

The media could not be loaded. Inside the package the bottle was broken. The package was sticky as it is syrup. refund or exchange for a new one!
