Cost is high . Should be cheaper by 50% as raw material cost is very cheap. Sale would increase.

I like this product due to balance between price and quality.

I ordered these to address some skin problems I've been dealing with in relation to both PCOS and Lupus (oily skin, acne, dermatitis, various rashes). During the five days I took these supplements (one capsule a day), the ONLY positive change was that my skin was less oily. That sounds nice and all coming from someone whose face produces gallons of oil 24/7, but it gave me CYSTIC acne. The acne on my face was not cystic in nature, and was mostly smaller, inflamed surface blemishes. Every day I took these, I woke up with a new, painful cyst on the lower half of my face (so five cysts in total that were never there before). These ALL left scars by the way.This supplement also made me feel super sick. I began having huge headaches, feeling nauseous, experiencing chills and aches/pains. It made me feel horrible AND it didn't even help my skin!! This supplement MAY work in a much smaller dose (50mg is much too high), but after what I experienced, I won't even bother trying it out again.

Please don’t make the same mistake I did. The label reads “not for long term use” and that’s VERY important. I took zinc for several months when Covid started and it caused my copper levels to drop. This may have caused possible nerve damage. There should be a large warring label on all zinc products stating that products should only be taken for a short time.

Have been using zinc 50mg for years.I rarely have a cold and I contribute that to the zinc. I have just started this product and bought this because NOW is a good reputable company.
