How tall are the tubes in this bag? Will the bag close with a 9" needlefish lure inside? Will it fit a Creek Chub 4oz Surfster (8.5" lip to swivel)?

What are the outside dimensions of the bag, and what are the dimensions of the whole of the insert? Is the bag made of heavy, durable material?

Can you fit 9 inch magic swimmers in the bag?

Is the strap replaceable ? I read in the reviews strap is too short to sling over head and shoulder. I am thinking of replacing it with longer strap.
