ANOTHER HARD CASE HIT! Once again Mr. DeLeo shows that he is not afraid to use what the reader is seeing in the news to add a touch of the current real life political correctness insanity and crybaby public figures to connect his tales to reality. As a resident of the liberal quaqmire called California I can say with no doubt Mr DeLeo has the knack to hit the current state of affairs in the State, Cities and Counties with the current game of who can be more liberal, spend the most on sheltering illegals, and come up with the most unneeded and wasteful ways to spend monies that they don't have so therefore new taxes most be created to further drive the middle-class and businesses out of the state. Mr. DeLeo's works in the Hard Case, Cold Blooded Assassin, and Corelli sereies should be requireed reading for every idiot holding an elected office in California as a wake-up call to what they are creatinig with their liberal antics..

Really enjoyed this book. It was up to the high standards set by the author. Can’t wait until the next one comes out!

Bernard De Leo writes pulp fiction, a type of writing closely aligned to reality, but allowing for enough fiction to take matters they way most of us truly would want them taken. In other words, names have been changed to protect those who aren't innocent, but enough to keep Bernard out of court. This is another collaborative event between John Harding and Nick McCarthy. It takes us on a journey involving criminal gangs, Islamic terrorists, and traitors in our own government. Interspersed within is a lot of great combat action and MMA fighting action, as well as a couple of edged weapon altercations with our favorite sociopath, Lynn Montoya Dostoevsky. Longer than many of Bernard's books, I hung on every word. For those of us who are fans of Bernard, and of this genre, a pleasing and satisfying read.

I usually don’t write reviews. It’s not for any specific reason. However I felt compelled to write a review. As usual Bernard writes a story which allows us to escape to another place for a couple of hours. You feel like you’re part of the gang. Maybe a “Snow White” and not an actual “monster”, but the reader is sucked into the story and you feel that the ride is over way too quickly. This was a great read and it makes me anxious to read the next installment. New readers won’t be disappointed.

I wish that there were more than 5 stars for these books and this author. I enjoyed the crossover yet each team also had their independent issues to handle. The new humor hit just right and if you know the characters, the humor takes on a whole new level. Of course there is plenty of what pulp fans like me crave. All of the elements are in there. I totally enjoyed this lightning fast read. A must read for anyone who enjoys this genre.

Love this series! Love that the novels are patriotic and endure values that I adore. Can't wait for me of John Harding.

Action. Patriotism. Bringing it to the traitorous left. Music and dancing. UFC fights. Adventures at sea. Family and friends. Pseudonym puzzles. This adventure feels like it is shorter than DeLeo's previous books, but it’s just the non-stop action, fast-paced plot, and awesome characters that make it feel that way. I’m sure my second read through will feel longer as I slow my reading pace to savor each scene.

This series continues to supply excitement and vigilante justice that gives a great feeling all over. Maybe I can’t do anything about some of the anti Americsn things going on in America, but Bernard Lee DeLeo his guys even the score and make us all feel better that at least someone understands what’s happening around us. This is the best book yet. Lots of action. Great humour. Love the singing and dance skits and get chills from the Latin. Brrr. So awesome. Only complaint is that I’ve had “Sugar Pie Honey Bunch” running in my head all day. :) Ready for the next One.
