Been using for over 20 years. Isn’t a side effect even after taking it 6x or 7x a day. Helped relax by reducing inflammation. Works slowly, yet surely. Think of it as a knot undoing itself by and by. Works on the entire digestive tract (and, perhaps, even organs), not just stomach for acidity or indigestion. Need to discipline ourselves though not to repeat things that brought the inflammation in the first place.

If you have persistent tummy issues (bloating, acidity, indigestion etc.) then here is a product that actually works. It tastes weird just like most other ayurvedic syrups but is effective. After I finished the first bottle, ordered 2 more. I intend to take this for 3 months as recommended. Mix one spoonful (spoon provided, 2 ml capacity) with 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of water, three times a day, after meals.

My vet recommended it be given for our dogs for a month and it cured their acidity and what was frequent vomiting. Just amazed how effective it is. I use it when I get an upset stomach or acidity, and it settles the digestion in an hour or so. It's bitter to drink, no doubt, but worth it
