Warranty claim to replace 20% failure rate on 6w/2700K blubs and 10% failure rate on the 4W/2700K
Bulbs are great in terms of light quality and brightness while the work, but my bulbs are now starting to fail with just under 2000 hours of use over the past year. I live in Maryland with a middle of the road climate and use the bulbs outside in decorative light fixtures that are enclosed to prevent any water contact with the bulbs. The bulbs are not even coming close to the advertised 35,000 hour life. I experienced a 20% failure rate on 6W/2700K and 10% on 4W/2700K bulbs. Others reviews are experiencing the same failure mode with the bulbs first flickering every few seconds/minutes and then the filaments get very dim. The company's customer service phone number was not active, so I had to use the amazon messaging assistant in an attempt to contact them for replacements. I will update this review if I hear back and I receive warranty replacements.Update: I was contacted about my warranty inquiry and replacement bulbs were sent. So I revised my review to 4 stars to reflect the fact that the company stands behind their product and warranty.

Luxurious Light Bulbs
The media could not be loaded. I'm impressed with several aspects of these bulbs. First, and most importantly, they appear to be made with the highest quality - the components and materials looked flawless - and they look gorgeous when lit up. Secondly, the way they are packaged is first rate with individual protective blister packs in addition to the eggcrated box. Also, there is an elastomeric sleeve (see video) installed at the base of the bulb, above the threads, that I've never seen before - it could provide cushioning and sealing to the bulb once it's screwed into the fixture. Interesting feature.

Bright, dimmable and energy efficient
Ordered these bulbs to replace older GE incandescent decorative chandelier bulbs that burned out regularly. They arrived quickly and each bulb was nicely packed in individual plastic containers in a box of 12 with nine broken. Glass of the bulb is more substantial than my old GE incondescents. Installed easily in chandelier and am very happy they fit, dim and do not flicker. Very bright on highest setting. Important, we did have an LED dimmer switch installed which might eliminate flicker and help bulbs last longer. Bulbs get a tiny bit warm when on for a while but not hot!! Switch plate no longer get hot as in the use of incondescent bulbs. Was concerned about seeing the four yellow filaments thru clear glass when off but not a deal breaker. Went from 10 bulbs at 40 watts each to 4 watts each so this should be good for our electric bill. Only time will tell how long they last but direction says 23 years if used 3 hours a day!! So far, very happy with this purchase and the quick and well packaged Amazon delivery.
