Dragon Ball Super, Vol. 7 (Volume 7)

The start of the tournament of power, the weaker fighter are eliminated fast and hard. This is very different from what happens in the anime.Even though this did not give the side characters as much of a chance to shine I though this made a lot more sense as there is such a huge power and skill difference between the Sayans and most of the other Z fighters, that the guys on that level from the other universes should have been able to take them out quick.Now that the strongest fighters are here, and ready to face off I can't wait for the next volume.

Every DB fan should have these on their shelf’s I think. Can’t go wrong with the price. Really fun to read. A must.

Just the one volume I was missing in my collection.

It's kind of amazing that in 7 volumes time we are in the final arc of the Dragon Ball Super anime. But here we are none the less in Volume 7 of Dragon Ball Super. As with previous volumes the story plays out at much faster pace compared to the anime which could be a good or bad thing depending on your taste. And as with previous arcs the manga makes a few changes or adds things in to help explain some story points that weren't fully explored in the anime.Still all being said this arc is very exciting and for those craving a bit of classic Dragon Ball Z style of fights, then this arc will be a delight for you. I do love how it gives characters a chance to shine that have been sidelined for a while. Well expect for Tien and Krillin, maybe one day you guys will get a better chance to shine. Either way in another volume or two we will be in completely new territory for the manga beyond were the anime ended. And myself personally I can't wait to see what our heroes next adventure will be.
