You will find that almost any Cinnamon Raisin product will contain some form of sugar, including other competitor brands both GF and Gluten products. You will find that sugar is important in the fermentation of yeast when baking. Hope this helped answer your question.

Q: Does this product contain soy?

Yes it does contain soy. I just bought three packages because the seller stated there was no soy, but when they arrived today, there it was listed on the package. Will have to return.
